Characteristics:

– Downward trend.
– The first candlestick should be long and have a tail on the lower side.
– The second candlestick should be similar to the first candlestick but have a smaller body.
– The third candlestick should trade within the tail of the second day.

Notes:

– The first and second candlestick should have tails but the third day should not have any tails.
