Characteristics:

– Shadow should be 2 times the body.
– Body color is not important. White gives slightly more bullish trend.
– No or small lower shadow.
– Confirmation the next day with a bullish pattern.

Notes:

– Gap down from previous day increases probability.
– Increase volume day of star increase probability.
– The longer the shadow the higher the chance of reversal.
