Characteristics:

– Downward trend. Long black body.
– Second candle opens higher but then closes at the same level forming a doji.
– Indication of reversal needs confirmation.

Notes:

– The higher up the doji is on the black candlestick price, the greater the reversal.
– Similar to the “bullish harami” pattern but there is a doji instead of a small white body
candlestick.
