Characteristics:

– Downward trend.
– The first candlestick will be a black candlestick.
– The second candlestick will gap down and also be black.
– The third and fourth candlesticks will also be black and have similar closes.
– The fifth candlestick will be a white candlestick.

Notes:

– The fifth candlestick will close in the gap between the first and second candlesticks.
– Grey candlestick means it can be black or white and still complete the pattern.
