Ok, so my kid showed me this youtube video that is a spoof of energy commercials, which I thought was pretty funny.

When I showed it to a friend of mine who actually does work out though, he said that the funny looking green man in the video is a real person. I thought it was just a funny graphic that they made up, but apparently not. I will first post the video and then the link to another blog that has the images.

Really makes you think twice about taking steroids.
